When will my order arrive?

Items are usually dispatched within 3 working hours of payment & normally arrive very quickly. However, we cannot declare an item as lost until at least 14 days have passed from the date of dispatch. Please leave this time before emailing as there is a good chance the order will still arrive.

My Item Has Arrived Damaged - What should I do?

Please email us with a photo showing the damage. We can then organize a replacement or refund.

The Wrong Item Has Arrived - What should I do?

Please email with details of the item you received including any part number or information given on the packaging. We can then organize an exchange or refund.
