Payment and security information

The payments for all purchases made on this site are handled by either HSBC or Paypal. Our site uses encryption of at least 128-bits to secure your payments.

For Paypal transactions, login takes place on the Paypal website and the amount payable is sent to Paypal and deducted from your account.

For HSBC transactions card details are collected, but not stored, on our website and then passed to HSBC for payment processing before being returned to our website. Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron & Solo. We also use Verified By Visa and Mastercard SecureCode on enrolled cards to further protect against fraud.

Peace of mind

As with all "card not present" environments, our customers are protected from fraudulent activity by their card issuers who provide the right for their customers to dispute transactions if the products do not arrive or if the card is used fraudulently.
